PryVu Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to PryVu. We provide competitive intelligence and benchmarking tools for local service businesses. By accessing or using our platform (“Services”), including any automated reports, emails, data visualizations, or personalized insights, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use PryVu.

3. Use of Services

PryVu is a paid SaaS platform designed for competitive benchmarking and business insights. You may only use PryVu for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to replicate the platform
• Use the reports or data for unlawful targeting, harassment, or spamming
• Share login credentials or paid content externally
• Tamper with automation flows or system behavior

4. Subscriptions & Billing

PryVu charges a recurring monthly subscription fee. Payment processors include PayPal and NOWPayments. Subscription grants access to your personal dashboard, automated weekly reports, and competitive insights.

• Auto-renewal: Your plan auto-renews unless canceled prior to the billing date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until end of current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital insights and report generation, all payments are final.

5. Report Accuracy & Limitations

Reports are derived from publicly available data and automated sources. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that all data is correct, complete, or current.

Use PryVu at your own discretion and risk. You agree that PryVu is an informational tool, not a guarantee of business success.

6. Intellectual Property

PryVu owns all software, report formats, scoring methodologies, and branding used in the platform. You may not reuse or repackage these assets without prior written permission.

You retain rights to your business data but grant us a limited license to process, display, and use it solely to deliver Services to you.

7. Account Access

Accounts are issued per business. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel access your dashboard.

8. Service Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time, with or without notice. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PryVu is not liable for outages, data loss, or interruptions.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, payment failure, abuse, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, you will lose access to your portal and reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PryVu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
